Justice Kavanaugh Assassination Attempt – Plea Deal Revealed!

Daily Email News Breaking News

In the aftermath of a shocking plot fueled by pro-abortion rage, a left-wing activist from California will plead guilty to attempting to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Armed with a gun, knife, and zip ties, Nicholas John Roske traveled to Kavanaugh’s Maryland home with the intention of killing the conservative justice over the potential overturning of Roe v. Wade.

The case exposes the violent extremism that conservatives face amid the left’s increasing attacks.

Roske’s attorneys filed court documents indicating he would plead guilty without any plea agreement, potentially facing life in prison for the June 2022 assassination attempt.

The 26-year-old Simi Valley resident was arrested near Kavanaugh’s Chevy Chase home dressed in black and carrying weapons that could have led to tragedy.

According to authorities, Roske was enraged by the leaked draft opinion suggesting the Supreme Court would overturn Roe v. Wade.

He also expressed anger over the Uvalde school shooting, believing Justice Kavanaugh would vote to protect Second Amendment rights by loosening gun control laws.

The would-be assassin told investigators he believed killing a Supreme Court Justice would change the court’s decisions “for decades to come.”

This chilling statement reveals how radical leftists view violence as a legitimate tool when they cannot achieve their agenda through the correct political processes.

Investigators found that Roske’s plans might have been even more extensive, as he apparently told authorities, “I am shooting for three.”

Roske was ultimately arrested after calling 911 himself, expressing suicidal thoughts. U.S. Marshals spotted him near Justice Kavanaugh’s home, where he had arrived by taxi.

Despite the seriousness of his intentions, his defense attorney later claimed there were no concerns about his mental competency when a judge considered ordering an evaluation.

The thwarted assassination attempt led to increased security measures for Supreme Court justices after weeks of protests outside their homes following the leaked Roe v. Wade draft opinion.

While Democrats initially dragged their feet on providing additional protection, the Kavanaugh incident finally forced action to safeguard the justices and their families.

This case highlights the dangerous rhetoric and actions from the radical left when they do not get their way.

Although Roske’s guilty plea will bring some justice, the underlying extremism that motivated his actions continues to fester.

The security of Supreme Court justices must remain a priority as they continue to face threats from those who view violence as an acceptable response to legal decisions they disagree with.
