Over 840 Arrests in One Week

As President Donald Trump’s administration takes decisive action on border security, Operation Take Back America has charged over 840 illegal aliens with crimes in just one week.

Federal prosecutors in Arizona, Texas, California, and New Mexico are finally bringing serious criminal charges against illegal border crossers, many with violent criminal histories.

This nationwide initiative marks a dramatic shift from the Biden administration’s catch-and-release policies that allowed millions to pour into American communities.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) launched this major enforcement campaign this month, using resources from the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces and Project Safe Neighborhoods.

This coordinated effort targets not just illegal entry but also human smuggling, drug trafficking, and violent gang activity that has terrorized border communities for too long.

The scope of these prosecutions reveals the true crisis at our southern border.

The District of Arizona alone charged 217 defendants with illegal re-entry, illegal entry, and smuggling offenses.

Southern Texas filed 246 cases, while Western Texas contributed another 210 immigration-related criminal cases.

These numbers represent real action against an invasion that the previous administration refused to acknowledge.

Many of those charged had felony convictions for serious crimes, including violent and sexual offenses.

In the Central District of California, all 17 defendants charged with illegal re-entry had prior felony convictions.

These are not simply people “looking for a better life” but criminals who had already been deported and deliberately chose to violate the law again.

The operation also targets transnational criminal organizations like the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.

The DOJ plans to extradite three alleged members who have been designated “alien enemies” under a rarely used 18th-century law.

Although a liberal judge temporarily blocked their deportation, the administration remains committed to removing these dangerous criminals from the streets.

Meanwhile, the Department of Homeland Security has extended its “Mass Influx of Aliens” emergency declaration, granting expanded powers to combat illegal immigration.

Secretary Kristi Noem cited ongoing border pressure to justify maintaining these emergency measures.

The initiative also involves a potential game-changing agreement between ICE and the IRS that would allow immigration officials to access taxpayer information to locate illegal aliens for deportation.

This would mark a significant shift in policy and provide authorities with powerful new tools to enforce our immigration laws.

Penalties for those caught illegally re-entering the country after deportation range from 2 years imprisonment to 10-20 years for those with serious felony convictions.

These serious consequences send a clear message that America is reclaiming control of its borders and protecting its citizens.

Operation Take Back America ultimately stands as proof that the Trump administration is making significant progress against the crisis that has overwhelmed border communities and strained resources across the country.
