Judge BLOCKS Sale – HUGE Border Wall Update!

(DailyEmailNews.com) – In a major victory for America’s security, a federal court has blocked Joe Biden’s attempt to sell off surplus border wall materials.

The ruling comes after Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton challenged the Biden administration’s decision to auction these critical resources for as little as $5.

This decision ensures President-elect Donald Trump’s administration can use these materials to restart wall construction efforts.

The legal ruling also prevents Biden’s last-minute attempt to undermine border security.

U.S. District Judge Drew B. Tipton agreed to sign an order forcing the government to prevent the sale of border wall materials until President-elect Trump takes office.

This bombshell action comes after the Biden administration decided to auction border wall parts off since 2023 after pausing construction in 2021.

Trump recognized the situation’s urgency and filed an amicus brief supporting Texas and Missouri’s legal efforts to stop Biden’s “possibly criminal” conduct.

Trump’s brief accuses Biden of violating federal law and flouting a court injunction by selling materials appropriated explicitly for border security.

Paxton stated, “President Trump has an overwhelming mandate from the American people to build the wall and I will do everything in my power to prevent any acts of sabotage by the outgoing administration.”

Texas Land Commissioner Dawn Buckingham also chimed in:

“The Biden Administration’s latest attempt to block Texas and President-Elect Donald Trump’s efforts to secure the southern border is downright shameful and demonstrates a continued pattern of disregard for the safety of Texas and American families in favor of increasingly disastrous open border policies.”

The Biden administration’s actions have raised serious concerns about potential violations of Congressional mandates and court injunctions.

Reports suggest that federal officials were conducting “fire sales” of these materials, potentially obstructing Trump’s plans to resume building the border wall after taking office.

Trump Communications Director Steven Cheung emphasized the importance of this legal action.

He stated, “President Trump has filed an amicus brief in the Southern District of Texas requesting that a highly respected federal judge immediately stop the Biden Administration’s reported ‘fire sale’ of border wall materials at rock-bottom prices and order an investigation.”

With nearly 11,000 unclaimed bollards in Arizona alone, these materials will be crucial in Trump’s efforts to complete the border wall and protect American citizens from the ongoing crisis at the southern border.
