(DailyEmailNews.com) – Confirming she is afraid of making the same gaffes for which Joe Biden is widely known, Kamala Harris has been sidestepping questions from reporters by taking a page from a teenager’s book: wearing headphones.

The Democrat presidential nominee was seen boarding her plane at Joint Base Andrews to head to a campaign rally in Detroit, Michigan.
As she approached her aircraft, she acknowledged reporters with a brief wave but refused to stop to answer their questions.
Instead, she turned her back and proceeded to board the plane.
The video clearly shows Harris adjusting a pair of wired headphones connected to her phone, pushing them deeper into her ears as she climbed the stairs to the aircraft.
This action did not go unnoticed, especially among conservative commentators on the social media platform X.
They criticized her for using the headphones as a tactic to avoid engaging with the press during a crucial phase of her electoral campaign, where she has been notably quiet.
Conservative pundit Jillian Anderson pointed out this behavior on X, saying, “Kamala Harris is now avoiding the press by wearing headphones, that’s the first original move I’ve seen from her campaign.”
Trump delegate Mike Crispi also expressed his disappointment, remarking, “You’d think a woman running for the highest public service job in the country would see value in…I don’t know….talking to the public.”
Criticism has been mounting over Harris’ lackluster media interactions.
Her recent joint interview on CNN with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz was her first since Biden endorsed her candidacy in late July.
