Tucker Mocks Walz Over WHAT?!

(DailyEmailNews.com) – On a recent episode of “The Tucker Carlson Show,” Tucker Carlson and comedian Dave Smith mocked Democrat vice-presidential nominee Tim Walz for being “afraid of testosterone.”

This comment centers around the fact that Walz pushed for higher taxes on cigarettes and vaping devices in 2021.

Carlson criticized Walz and other Democrat politicians for their stance on substances like nicotine, which he argued is unfairly demonized because of its effects on testosterone levels.

“They’re afraid of testosterone and they want to identify who’s got it in abundance and they want to isolate and punish those people. It’s why they’re against nicotine,” Carlson explained.

“That’s why Walz raised the taxes on nicotine pouches for their — of course, they’re not carcinogens. There’s no evidence, by the way, that nicotine is a carcinogen. It’s not that we know of. It’s all a lie!” Carlson exclaimed.

He further added, “And what they hate about nicotine is it raises testosterone levels, even suppress that fact, that’s a fact — on Google.”

“Google nicotine and testosterone and see how many results it takes you to get to the core truth, which is, yes, nicotine use raises testosterone levels. Man. It is way, way down. And that’s not an accident. They’re afraid of testosterone,” Carlson noted.

As noted by Americans for Tax Reform, Walz’s tax proposals included a 33% increase in the excise tax on tobacco, raising it to over $4 per pack, and a 95% sales tax on vaping devices.

During the discussion, Smith questioned the government’s selective focus on public health, especially regarding smoking, when fast-food chains remain untouched.

“I go all throughout this country and like, yeah, people don’t smoke as much as they used to. But everywhere you go, it’s just Arby’s, McDonald’s, Burger King …” Smith observed.

“It’s disgusting,” Carlson interjected. “You know, it’s like — it’s not like health is really the concern here, so what is actually the concern?” Smith continued.

He suggested that the real issue might not be health but control over people’s choices.

Carlson connected this to a broader theme of autonomy and control, relating it to the opposition to AR-15s. “They hate that — it’s a threat to their control,” he said.
