“Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level,” he added.
The pardons in question were issued to the nine House select committee members who investigated the January 6 Capitol events, including Trump critics like Liz Cheney and Adam Schiff.
The list of pardoned individuals reads like a who’s who of anti-Trump crusaders: Adam Schiff, Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, Elaine Luria, Stephanie Murphy, Pete Aguilar, Zoe Lofgren, Jamie Raskin, and Bennie Thompson.
Trump went further, suggesting these committee members may have orchestrated their own pardons “without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!” He firmly believes Biden “did not know anything about them!”
Biden also controversially pardoned his own son Hunter Biden, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and General Mark Milley, raising eyebrows among Americans who have long criticized these figures.
President Trump’s assertion about the autopen is not without precedent.
