Mass Shooting – Nashville

(DailyEmailNews.com) – In a harrowing turn of events, Labor Day turned into a tragedy after a mass shooting broke out at the Sky Bar & Lounge in Nashville.

The incident resulted in six injuries and local reports confirmed that one person needed an ambulance to get to the hospital.

The incident unfolded at 825 Hamilton Crossings in Antioch, where over a dozen gunshots were fired in the parking lot.

According to police, everyone involved is expected to recover, but details about the shooter remain unclear and no suspects have been identified yet.

Investigators were busy at the crime scene, collecting evidence and interviewing bystanders.

A local news reporter noted that many witnesses were noticeably distressed.

Apart from the victim who was ambulance-transported to the hospital, five others were taken to nearby hospitals using private vehicles.

Police are reviewing footage from surveillance cameras in the vicinity and have asked anyone with information to step forward.

In a separate but equally shocking event, a 10-year-old boy in Louisiana was arrested the same day.

The kid allegedly confessed to the fatal shootings of 82-year-old former city official Joe Cornelius Sr. and his 31-year-old daughter Keisha Miles.

Authorities discovered the victims in a Minden home, each suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, early on Monday morning.

Additionally, a recent tragedy in Dallas saw a police officer killed and two others injured following a shootout.

The Dallas Police Department responded to a distress signal late on August 30, finding an officer shot in a patrol car.

The subsequent gunfire injured two more officers, one critically. The police later pursued and shot the assailant dead.

Days earlier, a 21-year-old nursing student from Nepal was found murdered in Houston.

52-year-old suspect Bobby Sinh Shah was arrested and charged with capital murder, adding to a grim series of violent incidents across multiple states.
