(DailyEmailNews.com) – Mincing no words regarding the dire state of the country, GOP vice-presidential nominee J.D. Vance slammed Democrat Kamala Harris for her responsibility in a series of crimes linked to illegals and the surge in border crossings under Joe Biden’s administration.
While speaking at the Shelby Township Police Department in Michigan, Vance said:
“I can’t believe that anyone would actually think that you should open up the American southern border to all of these criminals, you should let them commit crimes in our communities and then you should refuse to deport them afterward and that’s exactly what Kamala Harris has done.”
Vance also held Harris accountable for the recent deaths of three Michigan police officers who were killed in the line of duty this summer.
“Kamala Harris has sent out this message that it’s open season on American police officers,” Vance remarked.
In his speech, Vance criticized Democrat vice-presidential nominee Minnesota Governor Tim Walz for his military service claims.
He also blasted Walz for mishandling the unrest following George Floyd’s murder by a police officer in Minneapolis in 2020.
“When the police are not empowered to do their job, it is the most vulnerable people in our communities who suffer,” Vance explained.
He accused Walz of supporting those who caused destruction during the 2020 riots in Minneapolis while also accusing Harris of helping bail out rioters.
Walz has faced criticism for his delayed response in mobilizing the National Guard during the Minneapolis protests, which began on May 26, 2020.
He came under fire, as the National Guard only got involved after four days had passed.
Vance criticized Walz’s stance on gun control and questioned his combat experience, “Well, I wonder, Tim Walz, when were you ever in war?”
“What was this weapon that you carried into war, given that you abandoned your unit right before they went to Iraq, and he has not spent a day in a combat zone? What bothers me about Tim Walz is the stolen valor garbage,” he expressed.
Vance also blamed Harris for the rising costs of essential goods and stated he remained committed to making living more affordable.
“The way you do that is really unleashing American energy, unleashing American farmers, and not spending like a drunken sailor which is what Kamala Harris has done during her time in office,” he said.
