(DailyEmailNews.com) – In a decisive victory for free speech, a Pennsylvania judge has ruled in favor of Elon Musk’s $1 million-a-day voter sweepstakes.
Pennsylvania Judge Angelo Foglietta delivered a blow to left-wing attempts to silence conservative voices by allowing Elon Musk’s America PAC to proceed with its groundbreaking voter engagement program.
The sweepstakes, which has already allocated an impressive $16 million, targets seven crucial battleground states that could determine the outcome of today’s presidential election.
While liberals cry foul, the initiative has been praised as a brilliant strategy to energize voters.
Sweepstakes participants are required to sign a petition supporting the First and Second Amendments, which are cornerstones of American liberty that are constantly under assault from the radical left.
Critics have tried to paint Musk’s initiative as some kind of scam, but the truth is far different. Chris Gober, the lawyer representing Musk’s PAC, made it clear that this is no random lottery.
“The $1 million recipients are not chosen by chance,” Gober stated, highlighting the thoughtful selection process that ensures the money actually goes to voters.
America PAC director and treasurer Chris Young added to Gober’s words by explaining the vetting process for recipients to “feel out their personality, [and] make sure they were someone whose values aligned” with the conservative cause.
The sweepstakes has been a resounding success, with over 1 million Americans from battleground states registering to participate.
In turn, Democrats went into panic mode. Notorious soft-on-crime Philadelphia’s District Attorney Larry Krasner attempted to shut down the sweepstakes with an emergency injunction, but Judge Foglietta swiftly rejected his claims.
“They were scammed for their information,” Krasner alleged about the sweepstakes participants. “It has almost unlimited use.”
Championing free speech and American innovation, Musk has put his money where his mouth is by contributing $75 million to America PAC.
This investment in democracy supports various Republican candidates who have been campaigning for freedom and making America great again.
