Israel Announces Next Invasion

( – In a decisive move seeking accountability after a deadly attack claimed over a thousand innocent lives, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recently revealed a planned military operation in the middle of its war against terrorism.

Specifically, Israel is set to launch an invasion into Rafah, Gaza, in order to finally dismantle Hamas’ stronghold and control over the region.

In a video message on X, Netanyahu underscored how important it was for this offensive to achieve a total victory over Hamas, including the crucial release of hostages held by the group.

“Today I received a detailed report on the talks in Cairo. We are constantly working to achieve our goals, first and foremost the release of all our hostages and achieving a complete victory over Hamas,” he stated.

He further confirmed that a specific date for the invasion had been determined, which highlights how inevitable the operation is.

However, Joe Biden warned Netanyahu to reconsider the move and claimed there would be consequences for crossing a “red line” by invading the densely populated Rafah area.

Biden marked a clear boundary: proceed with the attack and you could strain Israel’s relationship with its key ally, the United States.

Although a million Palestinians have been displaced in Rafah due to the ongoing war, Netanyahu assured that the operation seeks to prevent future deadly attacks like those on October 7.

Responding to Biden, the Israeli Prime Minister said, “You know, I have a red line. You know what the red line is? That October 7 doesn’t happen again. Never happens again.”

In turn, Kamala Harris said she was skeptical of how likely it would be to evacuate civilians from Rafah safely and hinted at “consequences” if Israel proceeded as planned.

Meanwhile, Biden has called both for an “immediate ceasefire” and measures to keep civilian casualties to a minimum and stated that further U.S. support for Israel might depend on complying with these demands.

This development follows an unfortunate accident where an Israel Defense Forces (IDF) strike killed seven World Central Kitchen aid workers in Gaza.

The Israeli military has since adjusted its troop deployment in southern Gaza in order to maintain a significant presence to ensure operational and intelligence-based actions.
