Election Judge ARRESTED – Felonies Charged!

(DailyEmailNews.com) – Exposing a new alarming instance of voter fraud, a Minnesota election judge faces felony charges for allowing 11 unregistered individuals to vote.

64-year-old Timothy Michael Scouton of Nevis is accused of bypassing proper registration procedures on purpose, raising alarming questions about the integrity of the electoral system.

The investigation into Scouton’s actions began when Hubbard County Auditor Kay Rave discovered a disturbing anomaly: the materials returned by Scouton after the election did not contain completed voter registration forms.

This red flag prompted a deeper probe into the former head election judge’s conduct in Badoura Township, located near Park Rapids, around 160 miles northwest of Minneapolis.

As the investigation unfolded, fellow election judges came forward with damning testimony.

They reported that Scouton had instructed them to disregard standard registration forms, claiming that new voters only needed to sign the back of a book.

Law enforcement did not lose sight of the situation’s gravity. When confronted with the allegations, Scouton declined to make a statement during a meeting with an investigator at the sheriff’s office.

Scoutons’ silence spoke volumes, and authorities arrested him. The charges against him are severe, carrying potential penalties of up to five years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine for each count.

The Minnesota Secretary of State’s office has not minced words in addressing this breach of trust.

It described the allegations as “extremely serious,” emphasizing the critical importance of a thorough investigation.

Although Scouton has been released pending a hearing on January 6, the damage to public confidence in election integrity has already been done.

The incident in Badoura Township is not an isolated one. It reflects a broader pattern of election irregularities and potential fraud that have plagued recent elections nationwide.

From questionable mail-in ballot practices to suspicious voting machine “glitches,” the American people have ample reason to be concerned about the sanctity of their votes.

Scouton’s upcoming trial will test the justice system’s commitment to protecting the integrity of future elections.

Americans will either see a clear message that voter fraud and election tampering will not be tolerated or they will face another disappointing example of leniency towards those who threaten our democracy.
