WATCH: Congressman’s Gun Violence Claim Against GOP

Red text stating the word shocking

Underscoring the unhinged nature of the Democrat Party, a leftist congressman launched a shocking attack against pro-life legislators during a House Rules Committee hearing.

Specifically, Representative Maxwell Frost (D-FL) claimed Republicans only want babies “to be born, go to school and get shot.”

Watch the video down below.

His vile remarks exposed the radical left’s contempt for conservatives while attempting to demonize Second Amendment supporters.

During a heated House Rules Committee meeting, Frost, who is the first Gen Z member of Congress, made the outrageous accusation that Republicans are only “pro-life” so children can later become victims of gun violence.

The inflammatory remarks came during discussion of a GOP-backed amendment to restore gun rights provisions in legislation, triggering immediate backlash from Republican committee members.

“They say they’re pro life because they want the baby to be born, go to school and get shot in the school. Die in the schools, die on the streets,” Frost declared.

He refused to back down when challenged by visibly outraged Republican colleagues.

Committee Chairwoman Virginia Foxx (R-NC) immediately rebuked the freshman congressman.

She told him, “You’ve gone over the cliff. We are all going to be quiet now.” When pressed to renounce his statement, Frost doubled down, responding defiantly, “I meant every word.”

Foxx fired back, “You are not going to come into this room and impugn our integrity. We are pro-life people from conception to natural death…Don’t you dare come up in here and say we want to preserve life so we can get shot.”

Rep. Austin Scott (R-GA) moved to have Frost’s inflammatory comments stricken from the official record, highlighting the offensive nature of the accusation.

Despite the clear attack on the character and motives of pro-life legislators, Foxx ultimately allowed the comments to remain on the record.

Frost’s background as a community activist included opposing a Florida legislation allowing teachers to be armed in schools.

At the time, Frost claimed arming teachers would disproportionately affect black and brown communities, using race-based arguments to oppose school safety measures.

During the same hearing, Frost attacked the constitutional rights of law-abiding Americans by claiming gun rights groups lobby for amendments that increase gun sales “even at the cost of more deaths.”

The heated exchange occurred during debate over a Republican bill that Democrats claim would cut health and nutrition aid.

While Frost and his Democrat colleagues continue their assault on constitutional rights, pro-life conservatives remain committed to protecting both the unborn and the Second Amendment rights of all Americans.
