$100,000 Stolen From Sports Legend

(DailyEmailNews.com) – In the aftermath of the ongoing crimes showcasing America’s current ineffective leadership, burglars stole over $100,000 from Basketball Hall of Famer Paul Pierce.

According to what police officers told TMZ, the incident was held in his residence in Los Angeles on a Friday night. In addition, the thieves also stole expensive watches and a safe.

TMZ reported that Pierce joins a list of recent victims of burglaries in Los Angeles, which include celebrities such as Post Malone, Rihanna, Yasiel Puig, Bella Thorne, Drake, and Quentin Tarantino.

Furthermore, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) has raised concerns about “burglary tourism,” where migrants from South America venture into affluent American neighborhoods and employ advanced technology like signal jammers to target wealthy individuals.

However, it was unclear if Pierce’s burglary involved such individuals.

According to Spotrac, despite Pierce’s having substantial income throughout his career, which nears $200 million, the Basketball Hall of Famer did not seem to be stressed or angry about the incident.

TMZ reported that the player was not at home during the theft and commented that “peace of mind is invaluable, and having your home broken is a harrowing experience, whether you’re there or not.”

Given the situation, it might be wise for Pierce to relocate since LA’s current security climate may not be the most welcoming.
